Thanks MerryTexas. Very clever response.

Yes, that's what caught my attention and I decided to take the photo.
Absolutely beautiful; both composition and color rendering. Looks like a scene in west Texas???
Oh yeah! I like it more than the color version. You've got me hooked.
O.K. Thanks. I have the same software you use, so that means I'm on the right track. Now, I just need to learn how to use them to achieve the kind of results you get.
I really appreciate your help.

Bob....Sorry for the errors. I misunderstood which version you wanted. Here is the color version.
The B&W low key looks great!!!. Do you use PSCC for processing?
Another question. Is it the (store original) selection that allows viewers to download posted photos?
Thanks again.
Lou
Bob, if it's not too much trouble, I'd like one of each, so I can see which looks best with this particular photo.
I'm sending you both photos that I posted; not sure which one you wanted me to send.
I converted the RAW files as shot to maxim jpegs; hope this correct
Thank you very much for your help.
Bob....I wish I knew how. Still learning PP techniques.

I generally prefer B&W over color, but in this instance it is a toss up for me. Both are great.
I love your B&W photos, and the way you highlight the subject with the totally black background. Always looking for new ones.
Yes, his Mom called it to my attention, which prompted me to take the photo.
