I have the 18 to 140 attached to my D7200. I am very pleased with the results I get. I rarely take it off.
Hi Kevin,
I use an Epson 840 all in one for general printing. For photo printing I use a Canon P100 which in my opinion does a great job for home printing. With all the rebates you can get on for less than $100. Good luck in your quest. For the every day printer generic inks are in my opinion OK. For photo printing I bite the bullet and stick with Canon inks.

I have used a free program called "smallpdf" the website is https://smallpdf.com/merge-pdf
You might want to give it a try.
I can not say NO NO NO enough. Get a real solar filter. Better do it soon as the demand is causing long shipping times and you have less than a month to receive the product.
I just received a refurbished Nikon D7200 to replace a stolen D7100 in Spain. My question is about the literature for the D7100. Can I assume that all the books I have on the D7100 are pretty much applicable to this D7200? I seem to recall that the only big item was an increased buffer. Any in put is as always greatly appreciated.
As had been said many times before, Thousand Oaks Optical sells filters for just this type of event. With the filter installed in front of the lens you will get a totally good picture of the sun with no damage to your sensor. Some other HHG member can correct me if I am wrong but if you look through the eye piece you are looking at what the lens with filter see's and would not blind you. I think the same is true of live view. I put a Thousand Oaks optical filter on a lens of my D7100 and pointed it at the sun. The camera actually tried to auto focus. If any of this is incorrect I have no problem with criticism.
I have been a recipient of the UHH Photography form for a few years. It arrived into my inbox reliably every day. Three days ago our internet provider updated the e-mail server. For at least a day all my e-mails were returned to sender. Did this cause me to loose my daily forum? I sent a message to the admin, no response then an e-mail to UHH, no response. Any suggestions???
I got the same info from Microsoft. I went ahead and followed their requests. Took some time but all is AOK. I think you should do this based on the news about e-mail hacking.
Any camera should work as long as you have the proper filter on the lens.

I just received the 2 filters I purchased from Thousand Oaks Optical. Tried one today on a P900 and was surprised that the camera auto focused on the sun. I have not tried the other one on a D7100 with a Nikon 200-500 lens.
I live in Oregon and have every intention of being at the location for a full eclipse. It may be to late for others to get accommodations and or filters. The motel rates for those places in the path of the full eclipse were just outrageous. Any place from $600 to $1000 a night for the Sunday (Aug. 20) before the eclipse.
Here on the west coast Nikon subs out repair of Coolpix camera's to an independent company called Luxtech Repair in Torrance California. I dropped my P900
and they were the ones to repair the damage. It looks like all repairs cost a Maximum of $150.00. I do not know where you are located but their phone number is 800-701-3999. Hope this helps.
Only thing I can see is the screen can tilt.
