I believe KEH started in the UK, and has more recently come to the U.S. The OP should be able to easily access the UK site for KEH.

This offering from Canon is aimed at the same people who use cell phone cameras. Why would someone carry this AND their cell phone which is likely just as capable of good images as this camera?!? (Maybe better, depending on the phone model). As to waterproof or water resistant, modern cell phones have come a long way toward being very water resistant. So what is the draw? None that I see.
