Wow, your landscapes always do justice to the beauty of MT but this set is exceptional. All the elements were at a photographic peak. Beautifully done, Cindy.

Thanks Joe! Your compliment made me smile

Very nice!! I love all the snow!! Unsurprisingly, we didn't get any snow this year but are having a very early spring with an excessive amount of pollen that coats everything a nasty yellow green. While you are bundled in your winter jacket and gloves, I'm in shorts and a tank top with the temperature hitting 80 degrees today.

Sigh....how I would love to trade with you!

Dodie

Thanks and I am sooooo ready for spring! It's been a long winter this year and it's not over yet, we have another few weeks of this cold/snow left before Mother Winter starts letting go. We also do have a lot of pollen around here on all the various pine trees....coats everything in yellow for a few weeks.

Took advantage of the unusual sunshiny day! We haven't had on in a long time, it was even kinda on the warm side at about 30F. Took a drive up the North Fork road, which is on the outskirts of Columbia Falls MT and leads from town to the Canadian border. It runs along Glacier National Park, the middle of the North Fork river is the boundary for the park.

Love how the bathroom out in the middle of nowhere shows just how high the mountains are

What a fun experience for you. I agree that a flash is the answer, but also, I think possibly going outside or where there is more natural light. It seemed like there was an overhead light somewhere. Since I don't even have the nerve or confidence to post a picture, you are miles ahead of me.

It was fun DJ! I figured the next time we have a warm sunny day....I would try again. But it gave me something to do on a nasty wintery day inside...lol

Wonderful images Cindy. Love that area in Montana anyway and you just bring it to life. #2 is exceptional or I may just be partial to old buildings, especially on or near water

Thanks DJ...Flathead Lake is an amazing place....I love going to Wild Horse Island and exploring as well as fishing on the lake.

Gread set Cindy. Thanks for sharing. I really liked #3, I copied it. Hope you don't mind if someday I paint it. I'm 78 living in south cent Idaho. I don't get out much cept to follow my wife to visit grand kids - and kids of course. I took pics of the rapids in Hell's Canyon and painted it, I took pics of Shoshone Falls, both full flow and not quite full flow. I like rocks and water. Bob Fred.

Glad you enjoyed these and I don't mind at all...if you do paint it...just email me a photo of it...I would love to see it.
