Large winter storm came across Arizona leaving a lot of snow in the north part of the state. The Superstition Mountains near Apache Junction, Arizona got some as well.
Use northerners didn't want to keep all that lovely white stuff to ourselves...so we had to share!

Seen this before.
Love it when they get snow.
Also 4 peaks.
Anymore that's as close as I want to get to the white stuff & we live in Mesa just west of the Superstions.
It was pretty awesome, no? Has it all melted now? I had to be in the house all day yesterday.
I went Thursday and Friday, much of snow gone in some places. Clouds overwhelming Thursday, dull. Great Friday, polarizer effect was really great. Cheers -- dan.
Thanks to all for kind replies, a very enjoyable day of shooting rare snow events in the valley of the sun. Cheers -- Dan.
That's the best time to take a drive over 4 Peaks and eat lunch at Pumpkin Center.
The snow details the mountain beautifully.
Beautiful shots. Quite a bit on the Santa Rita mountains down south too
