I set up a fairly sturdy tripod on a somewhat rocky beach in Mamaroneck, NY on a July 4th evening....the fireworks were going for five minutes or so...I set my aperture on 5.6 and set my shutterspeed at "B" setting and took several shots using my lens cap to "open & close" the shots...this one was approx 1/4 to 1/2 sec as you can see the boats moved a bit[/quote]
