Is the WR lens Pentax's higher quaility lens?

Thanks for your help.

This is about the best I could do, could do better with full size image. I used the clone tool in Gimp then smear, clone, smear etc.

Good job Ray. I figure one cannot sharpen the boy's left eye.

I am just wishing i guess. The Pentax k30 kit that i am looking at has a 18-50 & 50-300. But some reviews that the lens have a plastic ring that would attach to the body.

Seems like the point and shoot cameras will die but the smart phones can not match the dslr for image options.

I have 4 Minolta lens for my Sony and would like to buy Pentax K30. Is there an adapter to use Minolta lens on a Pentax? :Xhttp://www.uglyhedgehog.com/compose_topic.jsp?sectnum=1#D:

Would any one of you capable Hedge Hogers like to try your hand at removing the noise from this photo? My free software, while good at what it can do, can not remove noise. And DPP does not work worth a hooty tooty as far as I can see. If I could find a good free software with noise removal I would download it. I had Gimp (twice) & deleted it twice; too complicated & no instructions came with it. Can't afford Photoshop. I want to get this one printed out but I would like to get rid of the noise first. Appreciate any efforts to improve this photo.

Looks great to me but maybe I do not know what you are talking about.
