Has anyone made the upgrade to Big Sur with Aperture? Does the app work well and can you create or export slide shows?
The images are all well composed, exposed and focused correctly so great job. I especially liked the last one as it has a more three dimensional look and great leading lines.
Went there many year ago and the chapel hasn't changed a bit, thank God. Like the chromatic aberration on the cross which seems to glow. Would appreciate knowing what you did in post as it appears to be a light HDR treatment?
Thanks,
Bill
Beautiful car and scarce as few 61 409s were sold. I had a 62 SS409 as my first car. 24 cars later, it still remains my favorite. Thanks for the memories.
My first car was a 62 SS409 and today, after at least two dozen other cars including Jaguars, Mercedes, Audi and various sports and luxury cars, it still remains my favorite. It was 8 years old when I bought it for $825 (including the tools to turn it up) and sold it for $850 three years later. Thanks for the memories.
Nicely done. I like the reverse (white) type on the cover in the location you have chosen. No captions are necessary in my opinion.
Liked the second image best. Great lighting and excellent composition
Nice shots but I felt some were over polarized. Try polarizing less and bring up the skies later with the vibrancy adjustment.

Excellent set Mark.
Went there about 15 years ago; hasn't changed much. I hope you also have a chance to visit the Burren with its incredible ancient gravesites and wildflowers.
Thanks for the excellent explanation.
There are hotels less than 20 minutes from the PF. Just keep going at the end of the day when the light is best and drive to Canyon de Chelly.
I saw a graymarket Sony a6500 on sale at Abe's of Maine for $839. Is this a good deal; they warranty it for 90 days.
I am running Aperture on Mojave but don't intend to update the OS as any future updates won't run it. It's a little jittery with Mojave but I like the program so much I intend to use it as long as I can as I don't want to go through the incredible siege on transporting photos and learning a very complicated and expensive photo app like Photoshop.
