Hi Erv, hubby got it for me for my birthday in May. I use a program called Photoscape to pull photo's out of the videos and it works quite well. You can download it at http://download.cnet.com/windows/ and just query Photoscape. It has a screen capture feature that does a great job!

My grand daughter loves humming birds so I decided to take my Go Pro and get some fun video for her. The lil guys had me laughing at their reaction to the camera so I snapped off a few shots to share.
First he checked it out from a distance.
Then he decided to go in for a close up.
This fellow is checking out the new feeder.
