According to my Planets app the rise times today were:
jupiter 3:26 am
venus 3:43 am
mars 3:51 am
mercury 6:41 am (so 1/2 hour before dawn, likely too light sky)

sun 7:41am

all planets would set during daylight.

What date was the image shot.

About those crabapples. Has a freeze happened enabling them to sweeten up. If so, is it feasible to set up a watch to see what comes to feast. We have a Jade crabapple that becomes a bird restuarant along about December thru February.

A Question for the knowlegable members to answer............Please

There is something deceptive about this picture. As the Titanic is in front and the cruise ship is more distant the implied size of the rear ship would be larger still if it bow were as near as the Titanic's bow. A better comparison would be it the ships were side-by-side and their bows at the same distance.

New Respect for baby photographers

120mm negative converted to Digital

If the negs are not curled, then any flatbed scanner will work. It would have to be able to scan in transmission mode. Epson makes some very credible scanners with good control driver software. Hope the collection is date & place sorted so you can follow your folks life as it evolved.

Ink Refills

An expert once told me that 'refilled' and other third-party catridges can not be used in Epson printers. That still true. A friend once had an Epson printer tank system for high volume runs. Them things still around.

Sony A6000 & Rx 100 III

With the a6000 the camera off battery drain will be significant if 'Airplane Mode' is set to 'off.' Some of my graphs have been posted on the hog.
