This series of photos of a Great Blue Heron landing were all taken within 2-3 seconds. I liked the sequence and the various positions of the heron during the landing. I thought that others might enjoy seeing them as well. The photos were taken at Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge in January...hence the ice/water mix in the background.
