Yes, adding the commission/fee, plus the cleaning fee, etc. makes it expensive for very short stays.
In addition, they now have to pay taxes in several places where they didn't initially.

I see the flag but where is the small blue tag with numbers stapled to it.?
I guess is the blue rectangle below the top-left star

I've used Peak Design for years. I have both the wrist and the sling installed on my D750. The only downside is that a special plate is needed on the base of your camera which means slight complications when using a tripod. But I love my wrist strap and body sling from Peak Design, very practical and safe.
You could look into buying the capture clip plate:
https://www.peakdesign.com/products/standard-plate-v3It let's you attach the anchors and is arca-swiss compatible at the same time (they have another plate if you use Manfrotto).
Would allow using both anchors and tripod at the same time. Hope this helps
Jerry, I don't think you can do what you want (that is different than what most are answering).
The group you create is local/personal, it's just like a shortcut for you to avoid having to fill in each name. But the recipients of the email don't have that same group created, so they will see all the individual names/emails.
The BCC option that some mentioned is useful to prevent users seeing each other email addresses. However, this will prevent them to "reply all", as any reply would be only address to you.
You would need some email listing service to do what you want. A service that would allow you to create a distribution list of emails where people can be included and each time an email is sent to that list, all members receive it (same with reply all).
Hope this helps at least to clarify a little bit :)

OK I now changed the sky. I think it is better. Added a hint of clouds in the reflections.
This sky option is much better in my opinion. You've created and perfected a great image

same here. I cannot read - print too small but then again I am close to 80.
Press ctrl + wheel scroll to zoom in the page. Or zoom gesture in trackpad. That will allow to better read.
Hope this helps

Great shot!
Linda's suggestion improved it.
Personally I don't like the sky replacement, less in a picture like this where the car reflects a perfectly clear sky.
Good work!
As Rongnongno that mirror part could be improved.
Also maybe the ramp where the van was may be improved with some more work.
Personally, I would have also removed the light post and the modern gates under the arch.

The print in Doonesbury is to small for me. Maybe if it was "downleaded" I could read it.

I have used ReNamer with good success and Ant Renamer has good reviews and features.
Not sure if it will work for your needs Jerry and Brian, but worth looking into them.
If only I lived in the US :(
Good luck with your sale!
Nice pictures.....they are a bit soft, but quite OK.
Just kidding, they are AMAZING! I hope some day I can reach this level :)
Congratulations!
