After lots of cloning and an artistic session. Appreciate any other suggestions. Thank you

Since the lines are straight I tried the content aware tool in PS elements with this result after a couple of minutes. I used the feature where you click on one end of the line, hold the shift key and click the other end of a straight line. Doug

Thanks, I watched the video and hope to use it more. I usually do everything in Photoshop Elements.

would you mind telling us the lens, Aperture, and Focal Length, used for the T3i shot?

I used a Sigma DG 150-500 at 150mm, aperture priority at F8, ISO 400, and spot metering.

I love that indigo bunting shot, the egret would be fantasic with a slight curve adjustment.
I like your work very much.
Great advert for the cameras.

I just got lightroom this month and haven’t worked with the curves adjustment yet. How would I use it to improve the photo? I did use lightroom to rate my photos and was surprised to find that I had good photos with many different cameras.

I took these with three different cameras, Indigo Bunting with a Canon SX50 HS, the Egret with a Canon T3i, and the Eagle with my pocket Panasonic DMC-ZS19. I am happy with all three cameras.

I download the trial version of LR5 from Adobe. I went into Amazon and found the same software for about $16 less. My question is, if I buy the CD from Amazon, I have to delete the downloaded copy from Adobe, will my pictures be deleted when I delete the software? I would like to load the CD from Amazon and keep the pictures that I downloaded into the Adobe version. Thanks.

I downloaded the trial last month and later bought a boxed copy. All I did was enter the numbers from the paid copy into the downloaded one and never used the paid disk.

If I wanted to use that program, I'd have to get my son to do the artwork.

I also did it with a photo of my wife. No art work at all.

It did not display the ICONS made from this bmp file. I made a 24X24 icon and a 64x64 icon with no trouble.

I see that it's a free download, but is it free to use? One stated drawback is that you need artistic skills.

It is free to use. I wanted to use a couple of head shots as icons. It works with BMP files. As I remember, I did have to resize them a couple of times before I liked the results. It starts with two icon pages that I closed (X out) before seeing the real program.

I am not an expert on this but I used a free program called Junior Icon Editor to make some Icons last year.

If you use a photo editing program that has levels, I use PS elements; you can just dupe the photo and change the new layer to overlay for more contrast. Doug

Is there a way to add more water to the background of this photo?

One way is to extend the top of the canvas, and then select the water above the dog’s heads, then use the transform command to stretch the selected water.
