As so frequently said, in the eyes of the beholder! But, I prefer the color picture due to the subtle color soft but effective.
I have several WD 1tb hard drives, two just for photos. I never had a problem with them. I also have cloud back up. I never heard of someone saying "I had too many back up copies"😄
We just returned from a trip to U.K. and Europe. We had no problem with converters(three cameras between all of us). I took three batteries for my camera and converts from Amazon. You should get extra batteries just in case, after market batteries are inexpensive. Have fun and take lots of photos, looking forward to seeing them!
Good start. My suggestion would be to get closer to the subject or crop some to see the subject [rose] better. Keep taking photos!!!
I found Focus Camera to be good, just bought a travel camera from them. I also use Adorama, but Focus had a little better price, this time.
What a great topic!!! Thanks for the chance to reply. I also am retired for about two years now. It seems all the comments I also experienced, medical issues which slowed my photo taking, buying stuff, realizing it is me not the equipment. My advise, just take pictures! We just traveled to Europe and everyday I enjoy looking at all my pictures. Ireland next then Iceland then Holland etc etc! Enjoy and may you have a long and healthy retirement!!
Not a complex problem or question! Just get a 1 TB external hard drive. Actually you should have two one on property and one stored somewhere else. Back up to the one on property and switch it with the one stored elsewhere. Then change them to keep current photos stored away from your computer.
I wanted a small, pocket camera with a view finder and gps for an extended Europe trip. I did a LOT of research and came back to another Sony. I bought the Sony HX 90V. I bought it from Focus Camera, they had the best price. It has a view finder, zoom, and takes great photos. I would put them up with any photos. It is compact and great for travel.
What idiot would call someone dumb without knowing why they had to check their camera etc. This person really made a dumb remark! 😄
Don't count on carry on! We recently were on a trip to Europe, three different airlines, and were told since the flights were full we HAD to check luggage. No room for carry on!!!
I also have a P900 and love the camera! To get really sharp photos a tripod is a must!
Beautiful! We are in the airport waiting a flight to Paris. We have scheduled a tour of Monet Gardens, hope to get some nice pics of Dahlias but you have set the standard very high!!!
