Cook County (the county in which Chicago is located) manages
almost 70,000 acres of "Forest Preserves" located throughout the
county -- rural and urban areas. The first of the preserves in the
system was created in 1914. The preserves "teem with wildlife and
[are ] rich with outdoor recreation and environmental education
opportunities" as noted on the Forest Preserve's website.
I was driving around and came upon a preserve site I hadn't visited
since I was a child. I drove in just to see if there were any snow scenes
worth capturing, after our 8.5" snowfall yesterday. To my surprise a
couple of residents showed up! These shots were taken from my car.

We've had Sirius XM in several cars and at home. Never a problem dealing
with their staff, nor any trouble transferring service between cars. We take
a lot of on the road vacations and find S-XM to be a great companion. The
AM/FM programming outside major metropolitan centers really sucks!
If you continue having problems the suggestion that you dispute any charges
with your credit card company is excellent!

So nice you kept the cameras (except for the purloined ones)!!
I got the bug when I was 11 years old and won an Argus with flash
and carrying case at the local movie theater showing horror films
during the summer, e.g The (original) Blob, Tarantula.
