Which of these is the most dangerous: panther, cougar, mountain lion?

Answer to come, but I suspect you already know.

Aren’t they the same?

We have to consider the eras we wish to talk about. The original Godzilla and/or The Creature From The Black Lagoon. Of course how can we leave out Rodan or the Original King Kong. The giant ants from Them or the Blob.

If my memory is correct, the Blob was Steve McQueen`s first movie.

Where did you see it? Rotten Tomatoes shows it only available from Apple TV+ subscription.

I have not seen it. Will have to wait until it's available on Comcast. I don't plan to start an Apple TV subscription to see it.

Anyone watched this movie? It was released last summer. I read a description of the story and it got excellent reviews, esp of TH’s performance. I have always liked his acting ability; ranks up there with those of the classic era.

If I didn't have that leaf vac, the leaves would sit there forever. Too many leaves to rake by hand. That machine does wonders. The mower pulling it chops them, and then the vac itself chops them again.

Jerry, what is the mulch ratio of that vac - such as 8:1, 10:1, etc? Also, what is the brand? I purchased a walk behind self-propelled yard vacuum 3 or 4 years ago only to find out it did not mulch. Plus, it was from the gitgo a hard starter even with electric start. Had a Briggs and Stratton engine. The brand is BillyGoat and is all U.S made. I will be donating that thing to Habitat for Humanity.

Now some media sources are predicting a forthcoming tp shortage due to the Suez Canal blockage. How much of our tp supply is foreign sourced? I though most was domestic produced. Let the hoarding begin!

As I peruse the various online sites I frequent, including this one, I am seeing adds for a weight losing product called Keto. All one needs to do is add the product - looks like a tablet - to a glass of water daily and watch the fat disappear. Videos show, mostly quite obese women, in a few weeks of using the product with model grade figures.
This does not appear to be targeted at me. I have never searched for any type of weight reduction product or regimen. This looks suspiciously like yet another questionable weight loosing program targeted at females.
Anyone seen this? If so, opinions?

We all know that you cannot trust the customer reviews on Amazon. I saw a video on YouTube about them last night, and it's worse than I thought. There are businesses built around manipulating reviews and Amazon sellers.

Without going into all the details, it's relatively easy for these companies to ruin a good company and boost an inferior one. Amazon gets millions of complaints about phony reviews, but they don't seem to do much about them - largely because of the scale of the abuse.

As I've said before, I do a lot of online research before I buy anything. I look for reviews, tests, and comparisons. I won't be bothering with Amazon reviews any longer.

I am suspicious of some eBay sellers` positive reviews that number well over 100,000.

you should be able to power it off and turn it back on to stop it. If not, do a reset. I have had my tablet get a function stuck that I could not get it to respond to a command.

Reset was the answer. Never did find a clock function.

My wife borrowed my tablet to play solitaire while her model 350 was recharging. She only uses the tablet to play solitaire; no other programs, email or internet. I turned off wi_fi before letting her use the tablet. The next morning @ 6 a.m. a wake up music alarm comes on. I cannot turn it off; only can select "snooze ". I have searched all over Settings but found nothing relating to that function. Since turning off wi-fi does not stop the function from activating, I am thinking it may be an application issue. However, have had no success there. Can someone familiar with this problem help me get this alarm deactivated? This has been going on for three mornings so far.

I feel I will get some mixed comments on this, and I certainly understand.

I was talking with an older friend not too long ago, and the subject of movies
came up. Our moms would give us a quarter on Saturday afternoons, and
since the movie cost only 12 cents, that gave us a 13-cent fortune to spend
on refreshments. (Oh! Those good ol' days' . . .)

Anyway, the subject came up about a movie that we feel must have been
quickly ripped out of presentation. It was about an older couple who wanted
to both 'leave life' together, rather than one at a time. Their daughter, as we
recalled, was obviously shaken by that idea, and that was what the movie
might have hinged around. The movie ended with the daughter going to her
parents' house, and they weren't in the house. As she was walking back to
her car, the daughter heard music (radio) playing in a detached garage. She
also heard a car running in the garage and the garage doors were closed.
She panicked and ran screaming toward the garage; but she stopped, turned
around, and sadly/slowly walked back toward her car to allow her parents'
their sad desires. That was how we thought the movie ended...

Do any of you recall that movie and/or maybe know its title? Sorry . . .
I feel I will get some mixed comments on this, and... (show quote)

I remember the movie, but not the title. The stars were two classics, possibly James Stewart and Bettie Davis

there were 2 versions."Aunty Mame" and "Mame" One featured Rosiland Russell and the othe Lucille Ball........both were fantasitc. and the original book was amazing too.

Roseland Russell, IMO, was phenomenal in that role. She spewed out her lines so fast there was no way she could have used prompter assistance. Katherine Hepburn could do that as well.

I thought they changed it to be packaged with the rental program. Perhaps "cloud" was the wrong description.
