How do you instal plugins in Potoshop CC 2018?
The title says it all really. I've tried the Adobe website, but it just seems to say about downloading their own plugins. I have most of the Topaz range.

You didn't quite suggest it so you are technically correct, you did however talk about how popular compelled v****g is becoming in some European nations, it did come off, at least to me, as an endorsement. Don't they do something similar in China, N. Korea, and Russia?

I don't think I mentioned compelled v****g either. I did respond to a post that mentioned it. You are seriously losing it Blurry.

Didn't bother you when Obama lied about things that mattered to the nation, who gives a crap about Stormy Daniels? I do care about my healthcare, I do care about our military facing ISIS, I do care about what really happened in B******i, those are just some of the blatant lies that Obama told. So you can whine all you want about Trump lying about things that don't matter at all to the American people, heck I will even buy you some cheese to go with that whine of yours.

Obama, Clinton, Bush, They're all history. No-one's talking about them. The issue here is Trump.

I don’t know how it is in England, it isn’t like that here.

Yes it is and it's on public record. Although you may have to do a bit of digging because there are a lot more than three in the circle and all the links aren't quite so obvious.

Wellhiem, I believe you and I could agree on some things.

Me too. I think most of us could agree on some things if we just stopped immediately attacking someone just because we've disagreed in the past.

Why would you want to compel the uninformed masses to v**e? If one does not have the motivation to v**e then it is highly probable that the are also uninformed on the issues. So, you are suggesting that political lies and biased media should determine a country's leadership. That is the stupidest idea I have seen here in a long time.

In this country more than 1/2 the country can't name the Speaker of the House, the Senate Majority Leader, and the Vice President, why in the world would you want those people to v**e when they choose to follow sports rather than educate themselves on the current challenges to our government.
Why would you want to compel the uninformed masses... (show quote)

Where have I suggested that? In fact, I would go so far as to ask: Where on this thread have I suggested anything? All I've done is passed on information. You may have to click on "show quote" to see the part I'm referring to.

In 1966, I didn't analyze what was going on in the world. My country called. I went. We can get smart by reading. The only way to get wisdom is by the time payment plan.

I would have been 10 at the time. I did become politically aware at an early age, but not quite that early. I do remember when I was about 15 seeing on the news people spitting at the returning troops. I thought at the time, "you're having a go at the wrong people, if you don't agree with the war, then you should be having a go at the politicians who sent them".

Agreed

I would be inclined to agree too. I think that anyone looking back at their country's history will find things that should never have happened. But, you have to look at it in the context of what was going on in the rest of the world at the time.

The main reason we won has more to with the cost England faced fighting the war against the rebels, financially the War was a great burden that the King could not afford.

I think the French had a lot to do with it as well. They invested a lot of troops and money and it eventually led to the French revolution.

I do not want the police or government officials popping into my house. I still value my privacy and do not want to live in a police state like N**i Germany. I have never been charged with a felony. I have a license to carry and have been trained by the state and the Marine Corps.

I really do understand that. You have to remember that we have very different cultures when it comes to guns. Gun ownership has never been a common thing here. The people who want to own them were usually quite willing to put up with checks in order to keep them. I think ownership is treated more casually in the US. I'm sure that you're a responsible gun owner, but you have to admit that not all owners are and laws are always made with the lowest common denominator in mind. As Bob Dylan wrote: "The masters make the rules, for the wise men and the fools".

Welheim,

I'm not sure I understand your response to my original comment. I stated that many European counties have mandatory v****g and are subject to stiff fines if they don't participate. I don't know how your response to my post applies. I'm not criticizing, I'm just looking for clarification.

I was just saying that it's a practice that's becoming popular both here in the UK and in the rest of Europe. They can make you go and v**e, but they can't tell what you do with your b****t paper.

How would you keep an eye on who has them?

For a start, they would have to be registered. Before we introduced a blanket ban, a couple of friends owned guns. They were registered, kept in gun safes and the police could turn up at any time to ensure that they were safely locked away. We didn't really have any major problems. Then after one incident, a total ban was introduced. I personally think it was a knee-jerk reaction and I never had any problem with them owning them. I went to the firing range with them a couple of times, but I personally never saw the attraction. One of them took it very seriously and had loads of medals and awards, I think the other just liked the noise it made. Either way, they were both responsible in how they were used, stored and t***sported to and from the range. Was it possible that one or both could have just snapped one day? Yes of course. But they did have to go through some psych tests and interviews before they got their licences. Now that I think of it, I'm not sure if they had any re-evaluations later, I'd have to ask them.

If people are actually that stupid, they are beyond help. Do they think the country is going to say gee whiz, we have people too stupid and are unwilling to v**e, so let’s make a government regulation to help them. I know, let’s put only candidates on the b****t that the people refusing to v**e like. You have to be a libtard moron to do something like what you say people are doing. Just can’t be any stupider. What will be recognized is stupidity, not protest.

Elaine. The thing is that a lot of people have zero confidence in our politicians. Instead of just not turning up to v**e, they spoil their b****t papers. When the results are announced, they list how many v**es were cast, how many v**es each candidate got and how many v**es were spoilt. A spoilt v**e could include one where no candidate was v**ed for or a cross was put between two names or a tick was used instead of a cross. If at some point, there are more spoilt v**es than there are for some of the candidates, then questions will be asked. This is not something I have ever done myself, but, I can see how it would be better than just not turning up and having it put down as apathy.
