How do you instal plugins in Potoshop CC 2018?
The title says it all really. I've tried the Adobe website, but it just seems to say about downloading their own plugins. I have most of the Topaz range.

Me too. I think most of us could agree on some things if we just stopped immediately attacking someone just because we've disagreed in the past.

I would have been 10 at the time. I did become politically aware at an early age, but not quite that early. I do remember when I was about 15 seeing on the news people spitting at the returning troops. I thought at the time, "you're having a go at the wrong people, if you don't agree with the war, then you should be having a go at the politicians who sent them".

I would be inclined to agree too. I think that anyone looking back at their country's history will find things that should never have happened. But, you have to look at it in the context of what was going on in the rest of the world at the time.

I think the French had a lot to do with it as well. They invested a lot of troops and money and it eventually led to the French revolution.

I really do understand that. You have to remember that we have very different cultures when it comes to guns. Gun ownership has never been a common thing here. The people who want to own them were usually quite willing to put up with checks in order to keep them. I think ownership is treated more casually in the US. I'm sure that you're a responsible gun owner, but you have to admit that not all owners are and laws are always made with the lowest common denominator in mind. As Bob Dylan wrote: "The masters make the rules, for the wise men and the fools".

I was just saying that it's a practice that's becoming popular both here in the UK and in the rest of Europe. They can make you go and v**e, but they can't tell what you do with your b****t paper.

For a start, they would have to be registered. Before we introduced a blanket ban, a couple of friends owned guns. They were registered, kept in gun safes and the police could turn up at any time to ensure that they were safely locked away. We didn't really have any major problems. Then after one incident, a total ban was introduced. I personally think it was a knee-jerk reaction and I never had any problem with them owning them. I went to the firing range with them a couple of times, but I personally never saw the attraction. One of them took it very seriously and had loads of medals and awards, I think the other just liked the noise it made. Either way, they were both responsible in how they were used, stored and t***sported to and from the range. Was it possible that one or both could have just snapped one day? Yes of course. But they did have to go through some psych tests and interviews before they got their licences. Now that I think of it, I'm not sure if they had any re-evaluations later, I'd have to ask them.

Elaine. The thing is that a lot of people have zero confidence in our politicians. Instead of just not turning up to v**e, they spoil their b****t papers. When the results are announced, they list how many v**es were cast, how many v**es each candidate got and how many v**es were spoilt. A spoilt v**e could include one where no candidate was v**ed for or a cross was put between two names or a tick was used instead of a cross. If at some point, there are more spoilt v**es than there are for some of the candidates, then questions will be asked. This is not something I have ever done myself, but, I can see how it would be better than just not turning up and having it put down as apathy.
