But my goal is to first learn PaintShop....the effects, brushes and other tools before I think of a second software program. I will also move my photos to the freebies like PicMonkey, Tuxpi, and Pixlr for additional effects.

Great pictures everyone! I have been here checking them out at work in between customer calls. I have been trying out different trail versions of software at home. Trying Elements 12 now and next Lightroom 5 and then make my final decision on what to buy...LOL..going to hopefully post something in the morning.
