Took these shots through my Florida Room Window, screens and all. My question is...What kind of bird is it. I am guessing either a Brown Thrasher or a Long Billed Thrasher. I am not a bird watcher so I am just guessing. Any body want to tell me what it is. These are 2 shots of the same bird by the way.

I have to ask the inevitable....what lens did you buy? and what camera are you using? I only dream about getting pictures that good without any post processing. Good job.

I've been on vacation so I am just now reading this thread. Check out the link I am attaching here. I have taken many courses from this organization. The price is certainly right and you definately get your money's worth. Mention my name as the person who sent you there and I get credit for future courses. You can do the same once you sign up for a course.

I'll see if I can locate him. The villages was at a population of around 25,000 when I moved here in 2001. It is now 90,000 and growing. But if he has his name listed in the villages directory I should be able to contact him and direct him to your pictures.

What camera and lens were you using if you don't mind my asking, I am always curious when I see pictures that are as sharp and exposed perfectly. Oh, and did I say I think they are all super.
