10 jokes about marriage
My wife and I were happy for 20 years. Then we met each other.
Marriage is like a rollercoaster: there are ups and downs, and sometimes you just want to get off.
My wife said she's leaving me because of my obsession with Star Wars. I said, "May divorce be with you."
Marriage is like a deck of cards. In the beginning, all you need is two hearts and a diamond. By the end, you wish you had a club and a spade.
My wife told me to stop impersonating a flamingo. I had to put my foot down.
Why did the husband bring a map to bed? Because his wife kept telling him he never listens.
Marriage is like a game of chess. The queen has all the power and the king is the one who gets defeated.
My wife and I have an agreement. I don't try to run her life, and I don't try to run mine.
My wife told me he loves me more than anything in the world. I said, "I love you too. What about pizza?" She said, "Okay, fine. More than anything except pizza."
My wife and I have an agreement. I make all the big decisions, and she makes all the small ones. So far, there haven't been any big decisions.

There are some lively and interesting conversations going on regarding criminals shooting innocents. They always pretend and claim to be about saving children. They always don't care about saving children, just banning firearms. So here is the challenge. Are you for doing the things required to eliminate threats and hazards to safeguard and protect the lives of children? All the things required? Or are you just out to ban firearms and using children to further your cause. We already know the answer but go ahead and pat yourself on the back anyway and claim you are all for the children. It's what you hypocrites do best.

It’s a no brainer Duh! We never hear of children saved by having a gun around. Many are k**led by brain dead’s .with guns. Imagine one of your own a victim, would you still feel the same. The world still turns without guns.

These are from my archives. This cat sits on display in front of D.H. Funk Excavating contractor. They were taken a few years ago with a Sony A65V and a Sony 18-55 kit lens. The lens is not very sharp but I thought i'd post them anyway.
You rode them like a Bucking Bronco. Whacked in the back by the fuel tank. Rough little beast.
Great pics. I worked for Cats for a few years, great product.
Is the Forum in trouble? To have to sign in each time is not good. My choice of sections have been wiped out.
It’s not great. Has anyone else had this observation??

I found a box of slides in my attic that are about 50 years old and faded. Can they be restored?
Can restore the scans but not the transparencies I’m pretty sure. Edit the digital image once scanned.

We see here an image of a young lady on the beach. This photo is not retouched, should you be wondering. A couple of images of her were posted several months ago. A week or so after this photo was taken I found out she was a senior in high school. I certainly don't remember the girls in my high school looking like this.
I dare say they probably did have bodies like this, but unlike now, skin was not displayed openly like nowadays.
Very little skin is covered now, in public. Just the nipples & pussy.

"Woke" seems to be the trendy word in conservative circles. Will someone please explain what the meaning of "woke" is in this context? That word keeps being repeatedly kicked around and I can never get a consistent explanation from my conservative friends about what it actually means.
I agree wholeheartedly. It’s Moronic? No particular meaning, just a lot of rubbish.

Im looking for websites that I can look at pictures to inspire me and give me ideas and new techniques. Thanks for any sites you may list here for me to check out. Thanks, Grandpaw
None I could suggest, but my grandfather, a Latvian, came to Australia in 1911, & worked & lived on a timber mill in Western Aust.
He bought a Kodak Bellows type camera & recorded the lifestyle of living there.
He took many images of the mill infrastructure & workings of the mill precinct, which a hundred years later, is a part of the states history. I ended up with all his B&W negatives. There were 100 of the Mill that I showed to our national Library. They were very keen to have them to add to the historical archives.
In private possession, mine, it was sacrilege for me to keep so donated them to posterity.
But his hobby of photography 100 years ago, having produced amazing clear, sharp images, has inspired my interest in history of photography, more related to family history.
The advent of digital photography has revolutionised it in so many ways. Improving the history imagery is one.

The drummer sent this photo to me. (From 1951. I'm the dude with the trumpet. I was 14) We played at dances, weddings, gatherings and even made a record at WJLK, a radio station in Asbury Park. Happy days gone bye!!
Gives me fond memories of dancing to this sort of group. Great music. What happened to the hair Mark??
Trumpet is my favourite instrument. My daughter learnt it at school, wasn’t too bad either. Like so many, didn’t carry it on. Commitment is hard to instill in young ones.
