I took this picture from my back deck one February morning a few years ago and I've forgotten what the explanation for it was. I'm hoping a UHH meteorologist might explain it. I've never seen anything like it again. Thank you.

I have been there twice pulling a 19' trailer--THAT made it a killer road. Washboards, rocks, ruts but worth it to see.
