I'm sorry that you have lost your knitting mojo. You are not alone. I have heard the same thing from a few of my Knit Night people. Maybe it is time to just re-arrange your stash. Maybe some yarn squishing and arranging will help stir some ideas.
I have spent some time in the basement trying to find summer yarns. I'm hoping I can find something there as I will need to pay for gas/petrol for the car since I will be driving in now once a week, so not as much money for yarn

Good morning from Port Hope Ontario Canada. It is 6:40 am EDT and -2'C (28'F). Wet snow forecast for today, but it will be light.
Yesterday started out very nice. The temperature rose to the double-digits c and we had sun around noon. But clouds returned in the afternoon with strong winds.
We found some snowdrops under the leaf litter at the back of the yard. We covered them back up with leaves against the cold today and will uncover them on Saturday.
The Science Table (a group of voluntary epidemiologists) have been "absorbed" into Public Health and will no longer be reporting independantly of the Ontario government. So no further information about the current wave of infections from 'son of omicron'. The province continues to say "everything is fine. The hospitals can handle the current infections." Now there is no way to confirm this and see if the infections are increasing, because the Ontario government no longer updates their website.
We had one squirrel who insisted on climbing up the shepherd's hooks to get to the bird feeders. The bird feeders were empty so not sure why the squirrel was climbing. Mum got her lube in a can and sprayed the pole. The squirrel tried climbing again and hit the grease and dropped to the ground. It only took once, after that the squirrel stayed on the ground and ate the seeds that we had put there for them.
Rather than picking up stitches on my LYS KAL cardi, I started something new. Its a tank made out of Patons Silk Bamboo. I found a bag with about a dozen of the balls in the basement. The tank will be a little warm and that yarn gets a little fuzzy with wear, but it should be nice for spring. (and fall).

We are still getting some retro-summer days, and we are in Autumn, & all the changing weather is really playing havoc with Mint; but she is still quite bright and wants to play, whenever we head outside; the main thing that is affected is her willingness to eat ..... it is often very difficult when trying to get her to eat. She never has been food oriented, but it is much worse now! We just have to keep offering food, at odd times through the day! xoxoxo

Most of the companies here didn't care when I paid. They just tallied what I paid versus what I owed. The Municipality of Port Hope, on the other hand, can't handle payments except on their schedule and also can't handle partial payments, so I make sure I keep a float account so I can pay the water bill and the taxes all at once, when the notice comes in. So every paycheque, I transfer some money to that account and nothing comes out of that account except payments to the Municipality of Port Hope. I have my doubts that this situation will ever change as long as I am living in Port Hope.

We had someone loan us their power washer to blast the moss off the siding on the north side of the house under the birch tree. Unfortunately, we had the power turned up a little too high and the power wash removed the top layer of the siding, so now the mould grows on the siding all the time. We'll probably need someone to come in and properly remove the mould and reseal the siding.
Could you pick up the moss with one of those garbage collecting sticks so you don't have to bend down all the time, or does the moss stick to the turf.

We haven't seen ANY bunnies since the fox came through the yard. But Tippy and her daughter have been chasing all the squirrels out of the yard.
Knit Night was quiet last night. The owner of the LYS is isolating at home after her husband tested positive for covid after going maskless at the lounge at the curling club. I also saw him maskless in Canadian Tire on Sunday. The LYS will not be closed, but her staff will be running it this week. So far she has tested negative, but she does have a cough and sore throat.
I found out about a workaround that apparently everyone knew about, except me and couple of the phone operators in my department. At least now I can tell the people who talk to me, how to get around the problem. (And no, no one is currently working on fixing the problem)
I knit another inch on my LYS KAL cardi. I am so ready to do another project and I still have to pick up a gazillion stitches for the button band.
