I have a 60d and a 24-105 a. 70-200 and a100-400 all L lenses and I just got a 6d full frame. The controls are very similar and I'm having a lot of fun shooting closer and a little different subjects. I can still switch back and forth in case one body malfunctions. The battery's ,cards, flashes are all the same. For me this made sense. I thought about for a long time . But I'm just an amature hack not making a living with my photos.

Someone told me that there are times when you use a flash that you should take off your lens hood. Might be worth a try if you have one on. Good luck

I got a18-200 Efs lens when I bought my 60d. It's image stabilized and has been a great lens. It just won't work on my new 6d(full frame) I've seen them on sale for 450-500 recently(that's dollars) I've bought several lens used from folks getting too old to pack around a full size SLR. They liked the money and I got a fair deal.

Anyone of the float trip operators in Grand Teton Park have scenic trips and they are all very safe and unless you are careless or it rains your gear shouldn't get wet. I float this a lot and have never had a problem. The views of the Tetons are incredible. Pick a good day as sometimes the mountains are blocked by cloud cover. I personally think early AM shots are the best(just me) Lamar valley can have great animals and usually is not that crowded. But like everyone said you really can't go wrong. Take bear spray if you go hiking!!! You will find the most critters early Am and in the evening.
