It was so great to see these 2 have really built up their nest. I was totally gone over the winter.
Thanks for looking.

That was my understanding, too. I’ve always put them in a small zip bag that I could easily find and pull out of my carry on just in case I had to “gate check” it. No searching through a bag at last minute!

They need to be separated. It could cause a fire if the ends touch.
I would never gate check my camera gear.... tell them you have lots of lithium batteries and they will find a spot on the plane.

We are currently vacationing in Hawaii. I carried tripod, level head, ball head, camera body and two lenses all in my carry on. The spare lithium batteries were in a checked bag, that’s mandatory but the one in the camera body is allowed in your carry on. No issues with TSA or Hawaiian Airlines. Never had a problem with this procedure in the past or this trip.

***Spare (uninstalled) lithium ion and lithium metal batteries must be carried in carry-on baggage only. When a carry-on bag is checked at the gate or at planeside, all spare lithium batteries must be removed from the bag and kept with the passenger in the aircraft cabin.****

I believe they have started fires in the cargo area, and are no longer allowed to be in checked bags.

Plug-ins don't really do much more than you could accomplish using what's available in PS by itself.

I am an advanced PS user but I still use plugins for various adjustments. It makes it much faster than doing it in ps.

I do some creative images and the Topaz pluggins really work well.

I use the hoodman eye cup on all my cameras..both Nikon and Sony. They are camera specific. I have the large ones which work great with my glasses. Helps to block out the light.

Yes, and I will do an online search.

Bayville has several. I didn't realize you were on Long Island. There is also an area for nesting piping plovers at the Bayville beach.
