I agree i also have a the 400w lowerpro.It holds my canon 70d attached to tamron 100-600mm plus canon 24-70mm l lens,10-18mm wide angle,50mm 1.8,and a 580ex flash in the maincompartment.six filters on the sides and the back has a compartment for lots of other accessories.
So you are saying the 1.4 III extender will auto focus on flying shots with the new 100-400 mm II lens. Thanks

They were 50-75 yds away. In three days of shooting saw
at least 60 different Bulls & photographed 40 5x5 or better. Used a Canon 70D with a 150-600mm tamron but could have used a 300mm on a lot.
