The "stay at home" edict is medical nonesense. You are far safer (maintain 6 feet separation) outbside. Inside there is no air movement. Outside there is, so thye chance of contagion is less. Wear a mask, if you must. Go outside . P.S, outside, the mask will not protect protect you.,

There is a finding now that says that droplets from a sneeze, etc., of an infected person can linger in the air for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Even if it can’t be yet proven to everyone’s satisfaction, why take chances?

As far as it being worse than the flu, every doctor I’ve heard, especially those on the front lines, says it is. How can you argue with that?

You’d think Nunes would have better things to do.

I would pay for one of those if available. To say that she is unpopular in rural Oregon is a misstatement. She is despised in rural Oregon. She won e******n with v**es from Portland, Eugene, Salem, and their suburbs everyone else v**ed against her.

The Republicans in the Oregon Senate have had to leave the capital twice to prevent her from passing a cap and trade tax that would have largely been paid for at the expense of rural Oregonians.

Actually now that I think about it, despise is too kind a word. Last summer we tried to recall her. Might have been successful, but Democrats started a second recall petition and the end result was that there were plenty of signatures to put her on a recall b****t, but unfortunately they were split over two recall petitions instead of only one. Her supporters deliberately made it look like they were supporting the original recall petition and mislead a lot of people.
I would pay for one of those if available. To say ... (show quote)

In other words, the more urban, educated and informed segments of the state are for her.

Oh that explains the opinion piece, Dana Milbank is a purveyor of f**e news and he's an Anti-Trumper not a journalist or real Columnist.

The Washington Post usually backs up it’s sources. Please tell us, who do you consider real journalists—those whose remarks agree with your pre-conceived notions?

Well I would if I had access, I should have been more clear on that. Many of us do not have a subscription to WP.

Tell us, what publications do you subscribe to, and what are your sources, besides Fox News and Rush Limbaugh?

According to him it was doing well and he’s a pathological liar. He goosed the stock market but that economy was based on a house of cards.

I've been retired for just over 6 years and only file annually, never quarterly. Where did you hear that filing quarterly is a requirement??

From what I understand I could either have regular tax withdrawals on my income and file yearly, or, no regular tax withdrawals but pay a set amount quarterly—either way the government isn’t going to wait all year to get at least some of their money.

This shows that Trump is the only president in the last century or ever who was truly a man of the people.
Reagan was close but Trump beats him out.
I cannot think of a single democrat president in my lifetime (Truman) who was so kind and thoughtful of others through their lifetime.
Yes Trump is an astute businessman and speaks in a way that offends the effeminate libs and academia. But to the average American he is one who finally speaks our language.

Trump is a con man, that’s all he’s ever been.

When someone posts something it is incumbent on those who disagree to present opposing facts. Ad hominem attacks are a sign of ignorance and ineptitude.

You need to be presented with opposing facts regarding statements made by a total nut-hatch like Liz Crokin? Look her up...

But I’ll bet you still take the check, Billy boy. Why not really v**e your conscience and shred the check? That would show us you really stand by your convictions. Otherwise, you just come across as a simpering hypocrite.

Total nonsense. He can cash the check that he has coming to him and still not like the name on the check. Where is your reasoning.

When you and your fellow Trumpeters come out with something that there is no answer to because the remark is totally irrelevant and illogical, or that it is just a personal attack you think you’ve won the argument. But maybe that’s the kind of logic that leads to v****g for Trump.

What if most epidemiologists, if not all, agree with Dr. F***i? I know, I know, Pres. Trump knows more than the generals AND more than the doctors.

Don’t listen to all the medical experts, listen to Tucker Carlson.

Maybe all of you who don’t believe in stay at home orders can all exert your constitutional rights, get together, have a convention, preferably somewhere out in the wide open spaces, far from power-crazed Demos and any medical personnel who those dastardly Demos tend to listen to. Tucker Carlson can be your guest speaker...
