What equipment are you using? (Lens, et al) And what are the specifics of some of the shots?
These are great pics! Thank for posting.

Looks like Pepto Bismol!

Or if you post-process, use L*A*B* to pull the yellow back.

Well stated, RandyM77! With my 200mm even the RRS ballhead in a bit awkward and floppy!

I have the Really Right Stuff Full Gimbal and just LOVE it! It doubles as a fantastic pano mount that allows you to adjust for parallax etc. It was a bit pricey but I would do it again in a heartbeat! It is THE best! IMHO

Or a gimbal head, if you have bucks!

The 7000 IS a DX camera. DX is the format/sensor size. In the 7000 what this means is that if you use an 85mm lens the true value of the focal length is ~127.5mm because of a sensor crop factor. The sensor is smaller than the reflected image coming through the lens.

Great photo! What lens, et al, were used in taking this shot?

What was the focal point? If you were using a low f stop, your DOF is very small!

Lightroom only works in the RGB color space. If you want clear separation between colors (say in canyon shots) and want to use L*A*B* color space, you must do that in Photoshop. Photoshop also allows you to convert to CMYK before you send to the printer.

What are some of the new features?

I like these shots and am very close to getting into this type of photography. I have the photography end under control. How do I get started in learning the best telescope to use? Thanks...
