We have 20 turkey in our yard every day. We have a few deer behind our property. I put some Nite guards on a pole that seem to keep the deer away at night.
We live in a gated community and the deer and the turkey are like pets.

Drinking rabbit

Thank you. I have attached a family of turkey from this spring. Turkey are here every day to eat bird seed and drink from the bird baths. Picture was taken through the kitchen window.

Drinking rabbit

I live in Texas and it is very hot and dry now. I started placing a lid of water, under the bird feeder for the rabbits. Today I was able to get a picture of one of them drinking. The wild turkey also come everyday to drink from the bird baths and to eat the bird seed.

Telephoto lens

We are going on a 15 day National parks bus trip this year. Yellowstone, Arches, Mt Rushmore, Grand Canyon, etc. I shoot with a Nikon D5300 camera. I have a Nikon 18-55, and a 55-200. I am looking at adding the 200-500. In addition I like to take pictures of birds and wildlife. I would appreciate your thoughts.
