No, Frank. I just thought the PS Express 'enhanced' was far inferior to your original.
No sweat John...I sometimes(most times) don't communicate well..listening or talking, in this case listening....

Ran the download thru PS Express "enhance" pre-set to see what additional detail existed. The result was thoroughly disappointing, well beyond the saging power lines running left to right. It is not worth posing here.
Sorry you feel that way, maybe everybody gets a week off then....

Super high contrast treatment that makes a really dramatic statement. I like it very much.

Thank you Erich, the light made it easy to accentuate the contrast.

I first saw people doing this in Florida several years back. I couldn't stop watching them it was so interesting and people were all ages.
On this photo, I think you got the timing just right. All the water around the board looks like sand or even camera noise if it weren't so localized. I think it would favor a bigger audience in color with the blue water and bright blue sky.
Thanks for comment Pops...

An interesting image Bob, nice technique and technically sound..I commend you for not being lazy with your brush work here, laugh. I find it compositionally well done…if I had a nitpick it would be the leaf upper left about 10:00 O’clock coming in at a different direction, can’t explain why but it gains my attention when viewing in that area of the image...

It looks like the guy on the right has a couple of spares .

Perhaps a bit of cropping will subdue the positive vignette. As it is, to my eye it looks more like a mistake (overexposure).
All pp choices R.G. thanks for your take.
