I totally agree Cheryl and thank you!
Thank you dragonfist, it means so much when we hear thanks for our sons, daughters, family members sacrificing for our freedom. I may not agree the reason for our being in Iraq or Afgan, but I support our troops 1000%
My son served for 8 years, two tours in Iraq, one in Korea. Tell Nate, thank you from a proud Army dad!
I love the fall colors, but I am already looking foward to spring!
WOW on #2 and 3! beautiful photos
Thanks Robert, I took several of the lake, the one I posted is my fav of the 3 as well.
Yesterday as I was waiting for our driver to set up our mobile nuclear medicine scanner (PET/CT Scanner) I got out in the misting rain and snapped some photos. Was a great way to kill about 30 minutes!
Congrats to you cnd263! A very surreal calming photo!
I love #3..all are awesome
After joining UHH, I have read so many others saying they always have a camera with them, so I started carrying mine in the front seat with me as well. I've captured some very nice photos recently by doing so!
I have a nikon coolpix90. Hoping to upgrade to a nikon d7000 at christmas time. I am so looking forward to having a dslr. Years ago I shot 1000's of rolls of 35mm black and white film, had my own darkroom set up in my house. Then got busy and stopped taking photos for years. It's nice to get back into photography.
This is my first posting. I took this photo Tuesday evening driving home from work. I pulled off to the side of a very busy highway, so I had to snap quick and go!
#1 and #3 are awesome. I always tried to take photos of water slowed down for the silky effect, and at a fast shutter speed to get a more normal look for comparsions sake. You did a fantasic job
