Re: Robertjerl: Thank you so much for taking the time to post the information. As to your photos, I am a dog person and I simply fell in love with Tara. I am 84 so your thoughts resonate with me. Thanks again. Davidb1879.
Sylvias: Your flower pictures are simply wonderful! Davidb1789.
Re: Sunny Days. I too have been thinking of buying a new camera, and based on reviews and specifications, I have been considering the Canon R7. But I was struck by Robertjerl's statement that "My R7 is prone to motion blur." Isn't that a good reason for those of us who like to photograph birds to stay away from the R7? Also, Canon is now offering an RF 100-400mm f5.6-8 lens at a much lower price than its EF 100-400mm L II lens and its RF100-500mm lens. If any one has experience with the Canon RF 100-400mm f5.6-8 lens, I would welcome your thoughts. Davidb1879.
Re: Sally D. Outstanding images. Davidb1789.
Re: Smitty605. Smitty, thank you so much for sharing your experience. You are a good guy. Davidb1879.
Re: Smitty 605: I have been thinking of buying the Canon EOSR7. May I ask why you sold it? Was there something about the R7 that you did not like. Thank you in advance for sharing your wisdom. Davidb1879.
Re: SallyD: Absolutely beautiful images! Davidb1879.
Re: John Gerlach: Fine images. I liked the ducks in flight best. Davidb1879.
MhBenton: I think it's a great image. Davidb1879.
Re: Aviary 30: Thank you for sharing these great images. Warm regards. Davidb1879.
Re: R 7. I too have been thinking of purchasing an R7, which has an APS-C sensor. I was thinking of buying a Canon RF 100-500mm L lens, which is a full frame lens, to use with the R7. I called the professional products people at B & H and they assured me that it would result in images that would be the "equivalent" of 750 mms. Regards, Davidb1879.
Re: Max Lieberman: Wonderful, wonderful shots. May I ask what camera and lens you used as well as any other info you are willing to share. Congratulations, Davidb1879.
