Interesting points raised and the present system lurching from one extreme to another is possiblity why the larger world powers seem to be able to come to decisions easier but most larger world powers are not democratic. Does a multi faceted government work better? it's debatable but one thing for sure swaying the ship one side to another is making it difficult to steer.

I was looking at a TV program about deep f**e and some of the images were so real it was disturbing. Should there be some sort of control or law against producing deep f**e images. For example if like me someone doesn't know which way to v**e a deep f**e image/video could influence them wrongly. Or worse still an enemy country could produce something that could split the country and incite violence. So should we control Ai?

The daily mail, Express etc well known to be a right wing newspaper. Regularly looks for obscure titbits to assure it's right wing readers that they are wonderful as does the daily mirror but they hang their hat on the other side of the hat stand assuring left wing readers that they are wonderful. Much as I dislike Trump I find it hard to believe that it was him personally that put forward the figures other than some minion who was employed by his company to do them.

Oh dear Dennis you just don't see it do you it must be the blinkers.I did spend some time as a paratrooper so I recall using several weapons and being on the naughty end of of a few who didn't agree with me being there so which part of the corps were you in I bet it was the marines. I think another one of the reasons is because the Palestinians were kicked out of their homes and territory in 1948 by the Jews which wouldn't exactly endear the Jews to Palestinians.

My profuse apologies I missed out long in my post as I was interrupted by a phone call. I did edit but in your haste to mock me the edit was too late. So I still stick with the point I made that nothing will be done. One good thing about everyone owning automatic weapons when China and Russia invade the west coast they will be in big trouble.
