I know that the entrenched Trump explainers and supporters will attack Joe Biden in replies to this post. I personally don’t care what anyone says about Biden’s capacity to do his job. I’m concerned with who will be swore in to defend and support the The Constitution of the United States in January, 2025.

There’s something seriously wrong with Trump’s mental state as evidenced by the reports coming out of today’s courtroom appearance.

Here’s one analyst’s take. Trump basically admitted to pulling the numbers out of a body cavity.

Can you back up those statements with reliable sources? Already know about one of them about what Trump allegedly said in court but we don’t know if that’s what he actually said we only know what somebody said that’s what he had said. Of course we will point out that Joe Biden can't speak coherently nor find his way off a stage without the help of support staff.

Trump sometimes rambles but he does not suffer the cognitive issues that Biden clearly does and no matter how much caca you and folks like Frank below spread on these pages will change those facts.

There is a reason that Axlerod, the Ragin Cajin, Mayer, and others have turned against Joe's ree******n and all the Bulls**t you care to post won't change that.

From what I see, Trump doesn't believe in delegating authority to anyone.

The judge is absolutely nuts, Trump will be convicted in this court but will eventually be vindicated in an appeal. Judge says Mar A Lago is worth $18,000,000 however there is a vacant 2 acre lot down the road listed for $200,000,000 now that does seem a bit much but in the same neighborhood there is a 6 bd 10 bath home on less than an acre listed at $60,000,000. Mar A Lago is a 17 acre estate that has both ocean frontage and intercostal frontage that Forbes in 2022 estimated the value at $350,000,000. Probably worth a bit more now that the billionaires are fleeing NYC.

Mar-a-lago falls under a different valuation calculation. The proper valuation will be determined by a receivership if it goes on the sales block.

This trial is about how much of a penalty he will pay and if he can continue to do business in New York State.

Yes, but it will be appealed, if I am not mistaken he was found guilty by the judge and not a jury, the entire process will be appealed.

No such case has ever been bought in NY, it is entirely political and the Judge is anything but unbiased.
