I volunteered at our local hospital. I was the Director of Volunteers for 5 years when I first retired in Feb 2013. Volunteered 24 hpw (tues, wed, thurs) Worked with 250 volunteers in 20 departments, over 200 shifts. Last year I was there we volunteered in excess of 32,000 hours. Loved it. Great group of exceptional folks volunteering. And many retired seniors.

TY Graham. I have my mom’s recipe. I use a 9x12 pan for mine. And I melt the suet in the pan before adding the batter. What’s not to love.

Favorite exercises as we shelter in place?
I was given a foot/hand cycle machine that uses a magnetic brake to apply resistance. A setting for the hand/shoulder workout at 50% the resistance scale will get my heart rate up to almost double its resting rate and setting it at 90% of the scale for foot/leg exercises will get my heart rate up to a little over double the resting rate. (The easy to accomplish workouts are 15 minutes each.)

Great way to pass some time and benefit as well. I do a 1 km walk every morning. Then coffee with my wife. Then down to the basement. 150 sit ups (3x50), 60 bench presses (40 lbs), 5 minutes on bike, 90 curls 40 lbs and then some shoulder/arms with stretch band. Then to the shower. About 45 minutes a day. Stay well all stay safe. Stay home.

Sorry. I speak from personal experience. So not a lie.

Guess you just understand real world stuff.

Enough.

You may use a calculator if needed.

A customer goes to the pharmacy and pays the same deductible/copay three times in 90 days instead of once.

Calculate the value of X. (3X1)=X.

The pharm adjusts the fill fee so you only pay once. And buy the way the drug is FREE.
