I checked all of them, and spoke in person with B&H. None of them have an L bracket for a 90D that will work with battery pack on the camera.

Does Canon make one?

No. I sent an email to smallrig.com, they replied and said they don't, and no one does if you are using the camera with a battery pack.

Believe me. It is precisely part of their business model to shortchange customer service. You can bet that a bean-counter has shown management the numbers with and without good customer service. In consultation, they determined the balance between sales revenue and customer service (which itself produces no revenue). Further, consider that Skylum faces competition and can match or beat it by keeping down its costs. Finally, for most companies, labor presents the highest expense. So, a successful company will closely watch its cost of labor.

On the other hand, good customer service can mean more sales from satisfied customers. A company must balance out this factor, too.
Believe me. It is precisely part of their busines... (show quote)

Maybe true, but they now have a big competitor in PS. PS sky replacement works very well.

Nice action shot! Dumb question: Do they ever collide? Seems like a distinct possibility...

Yes they do.

Wow, you hit the jackpot of a Sandhill Crane site. Great capture. Only with the background were less distracting.

Yep, but what can ya do?

Don't ever count on Luminar for help. The #1 reason I won't use them.

If I am using BBF and I wanted to use the camera for say, focus stacking, would I, or should I take it out of BBF in the instance.

Nice shot Will. Perfectly acceptable in DL a little noisy in DDL. I don't normally pixel-peep but you seemed to be asking us to. I would be keeper quality for me. Did you PP?

Yes. I saw that noise in a enlargement but I didn't want to any further with ToPaz DeNoise 6 for fear of softening the image more. I have ToPaz DeNoise AI and Sharpen AI. But after testing them on a lot of images I went back to DeNoise 6 and either HiPass or Smart Sharpen. For me, I get better results that way.
