I'm not saying anything here in defense of the cop.

However, let me point out to things the driver did that were wrong and may have contributed to the shooting.

First of all.....why did he get out of the vehicle? When being pulled over aren't we supposed to keep our hands on the steering wheel in view of the cop and stay in the vehicle?

Second...when asked for his license, why did the driver move quickly back towards/into his vehicle without letting the cop know of his intentions. He could have been reaching for anything inside the vehicle.

I'm a 50 year old white male and if I were ever pulled over I would be very careful because I know cops are living on the edge.

That being said, cop was in the wrong and he will pay for his actions. Driver will undoubtedly be a rich man when this is over.

Let's say what the narrator in the "flick" has it right and all humans were k**led by God....except the 8 that were on the ark.

If this catastrophic event (the flood) took place as short a time ago as 4,400 years and we all come from the same 8 people, how do you explain the differences in humans around the world. The shapes of human skulls from Asia to Africa to Europe. The colors of skin.

Also, the narrator says "how do you know such and such happened over 1 million years ago....were you there?". And I ask "how do you know the bible is the word of God and not just a story written by a few guys sitting in a cave drinking mead and coming up with a fantasy story." Were you there?

What about the shapes of the earth's continents fitting together like a puzzle. Measurements show the continents are moving very slowly and have taken millions of years to get where they are now.

If everything was created less than 10,000 years ago, what happened to the dinosaurs? Did early humans have them on a leash and as pets? Were dinos k**led off in the flood?

I take it you don't believe in carbon dating. You don't believe that the plate tectonics created the Sierra Nevada Mountain range over millions of years of movement. Do you think fossils of sea life high up in mountains around the world are from a flood that lasted just 40 days, not from continents colliding and pushing the sea floor upwards. The peak of the Matterhorn shows it is made up of rock from 2 different continents. Imagine watching that thing form a few thousand years ago. Earth must have been a dangerous place for humans with all this going on.

In a city owned park in my town we can see many different lava flow formations, one on top of another. These flows are clearly from different eras as they are of different colors and different consistencies. It took several hundred thousands of years of lava flow from the distant volcanic area near here to push the flows down here over and over again.

There is no way all of this happened in the last 10,000 years.

I love these kind of documentaries full of mystery and intrigue.

But I have one major problem.......

Why hasn't anybody taken the "facts" presented in this episode and proven them to be true?

What about the facts that others claim like.....

1: If the earth had been covered with so much water such a short time ago, there would be too much moisture in the atmosphere to sustain human life.

2: The task of rounding up the animals for the ark was insurmountable.

3: Building a sound structure that large was not possible as it would easily fail with minor waves.

Another question I have is was Noah known to depict his family with 8 crosses well before the great flood? The number 8 is the only link between the rock with the crosses and the number of people on the supposed ark. Nothing proves the rock was Noah's.

Evidence of sea life high up in the mountains is everywhere, as they were once the sea floor, before the continents collided and pushed the mountains upward.

I got dozens more unanswered questions....but don't have the time.

There is more tangible evidence on the side of science and evolution over the "feelings in your heart" supporting creationism.

I'm not one to bash religion. In fact, I will always stand up for your right to believe in what you want to believe.

Most of my family are LDS. A few years ago I went to my father's house on a Sunday and they were all there watching their church leaders speak on TV. A video was on talking about the "tablets" found in a cave in up state NY. My curiosity peaked as here was some tangible evidence of word handed down by God. When I asked my brother-in-law about the tablets and where they can be seen he got a silly look on his face and admitted to me that the tablets were no longer on earth. "They have risen to heaven".

Really? How convenient.

He lost me when he said that others claim it takes billions and billions and billions of years to create a fossil. Sorry, nobody claims that. Their best scientific guess is that our solar system is only 4.5 billion years old. And dinosaurs existed in the hundreds of millions of years ago.....not billions like the narrator claims evolutionists say.

The person babbling in the link has no credibility when he makes up lies to try to prove his point.

So let me get this straight. Obamacare becomes law and rates go up for nearly everybody......by a lot. Rate increases from 10%-50% and more.

So now Kaiser claims rate increases are slowing and may actually go down by .08% for some. You dumb asses are bragging about a .08% decrease after such huge increases?!?
