Two years for a misdemeanor and five years for a felony. The initial charge was a misdemeanor. The NY DA is desperately trying to twist it into a felony. The funny thing is that he is trying to make the felony about E******n F***d which is a Federal statute which, of course, he has no authority to prosecute. This same felony charge the DOJ looked at and passed on!
