Once again you wingers don't have the whole story. Yes, the original payment was made by Cohen on his M checking account. Then Trump wrote Michael Cohen a check to reimburse him. That check was from the Trump organization and signed by Trump. None of the payoff as to this part of the story was a lie and the entire incident was disclosed by Cohen, prior to this article.
As to the Statute of Limitations? In New York, the statute of limitations is 5 years for this type of crime. However, the clock stops whenever the subject leaves the state. In this case, there were four years when he was living in the White House and another year when he was living in Florida.
Please try to include a few facts in your allegations as doing what you did, just highlights your ignorance in this matter.
