As noted on previous post, I’m currently on vacation and no way to see them on the computer only viewing on the camera screen. But images taken without it are clear and in sharp focus.
I was surprised myself Jerry. Don’t know what could be defective on it. Viewing through the converter looks perfectly fine but something is definitely going on.
I’m not new to photography and Mostly shoot wildlife and landscape. I’m currently on vacation so can’t post any at this time but I can see the soft focus on the back of the camera. After removing the converter all images taken without it are spot on focus.
Sorry forgot. It’s version III
I have a canon 100-400L II lens that I use on my EOS R & 7Dii. I purchased a canon 1.4 converter V-III but am finding the images are very soft. (extremely disappointed). I’ve tried upping the shutter speed etc. but still soft focus on all images. The mentioned lens used as is takes perfectly sharp images. Any way to solve this issue?
Glad everything worked out for you.
If she’s ok to ship it to you, perhaps someone can help her bring it to ship. Since you first were first to be interested you definitely should have first shot. Thanks for your kindness. Much appreciated. We will see what Donna decides.
If the deal with Bob falls through I’d be interested. I live in Brooklyn (Greenpoint/Williamsburg) area and would be willing to come pick it up. You can text me @ 718-578-9564. Thanks.
I purchased two fishing type vests from Amazon, one my proper size and another double x size to wear over a light jacket. I’ve found the normal size when worn in warm weather to be extremely warm even over a light Cotten shirt so I no longer use it in the summer months.
I took a trip to Savannah Georgia and wanted to travel light so I took my canon r with a 24-105 and a 70-300. The 70-300 was used for only a few images and all the rest was with the 24-105, however I was very disappointed because the wide end of 24mm was not wide enough and I wished I had taken my 16-35. Next time for city photography such as you want to do I’ll be sure to have the 16-35 and 24-105 only.
I have the 25-105 f4 lens in both the EF Mount and the RF mount. It’s an excellent lens
He also wrote most of the stories for the twilight zone. A talented man.
Nicely done. Excellent images
I took a trip from NY to Savannah Georgia before covid and wanted to travel light so I took my canon r with the 24-105 f4 and 70-300 L lens. I barely used the 70-300 as most of the images were architectural images. I was very disappointed because I did not take the 16-35 f4. Almost all of my images should have been with a wider perspective. The Canon R has the ability to shoot in a 1.6 crop mode although you loose some megapixels but that would give you extra reach with the 16-35.
Great images and humor for sure.
