My brother and I skated on them for hours in my grandparents’ Quonset when the equipment was out for harvest. Our screams echoed around the building.

Your facility should be using some of your photos to hang on their walls; it would be so much nicer than the institutional artwork they usually display. This was beautiful.

Some nice shots. Amazing how this species has spread across the South and West.

They are aggressive toward mourning doves and are chasing them out of our area

I have not posted anything for a long time. I have been very busy opening my shop. This is a blued pine vanity I built for my bathroom remodel. A lot of people do not know about blued pine. This is another one of natures beauty. Blued pine is caused by the pine beetle these patterns are like snow flakes no two are the same. The pine beetle is a very small beetle about the length of your finger nail. They do some awesome work if you can catch the pine in time. This photo was taken with my I phone.

I'm curious if this the same pine beetle that kills off so many trees in our pine forests?

My wife has been looking for a cross body camera strap for her Canon PowerShot HS70X. She is ambidextrous, so shoulder doesn't matter. Our go-to, Best Buy, doesn't seem to carry them. I spent a long time on B&H's website and was overwhelmed by prices, and some of the "cons" written about in reviews for even the ones rated 4.5. I would be interested in what UHH members have to say. I would like to stay under $65. Thanks in advance for your advice!

This is an inexpensive one I've used for several years and once you adjust it for your size and camera it works pretty well. The main problem I've found is if I haven't used it for a while, I forget how to put it on :)

A document that covers most everything you need to cover, including things I had not thought about, is called Roadmap for Heirs. I didn't use the formatted excel document, but used the topics to development my own document that worked a little better for me. Once you google roadmap for heirs, there is a download link on the site to get the excel doc.

Wow!!!

I'm not sure why getting out and doing photography is any different now than at any other time.

All of my equipment, considered road equipment, is packed and ready to go anytime. At most, I may have one camera out for some reason. I can have all of my equipment in a vehicle and on the road in 10-15 minutes. That includes a 4x5, lenses, and film, a medium format camera with lenses and film along with a sensor, a 35mm digital with lenses, and finally a tripod.

Agree! A group of six of us went birding at a couple of nearby ponds recently. Each couple took their own car; we maintained social distancing, saw lots of water birds, and had a great time. Getting out in nature is no different now; just be careful what you touch, use hand cleaner and wash thoroughly when you get home. Lots safer than bringing home a load of groceries that everyone has had their hands on.
