I find the Brown Pelicans to be really enjoyable subjects. Way more interesting textures than the whites, and the eye colours vary from yellow to blue-grey. Very cool in my opinion.

The pose reminds me a lot of oriental depictions of birds in flight, and I am pleased with that. I will work on my technique and eventually one will end up framed!

BIF takes a lot of practice, but also the birds need to be in the air! I'm not sure that carrying firecrackers in wildlife reserves is allowed... :)
