Yikes !
I forgot the attatchment !!!
Gotta love those polar coordinates !
Here's one I did with a rainbow slinky.
Congrats on a well deserved win. Great shot A.Toker. I am reminded of a technique I played with a couple of years ago. Applying "Rainex" to a horizontal pane of glass. Water drops on the glass then form almost perfect fisheye lenses, for the subject that is placed under the glass.

Looking forward to your male lion photos !
The day before the killing frost these were beautiful Gerbera Daisies.
I PP'd it into the second image I call "The Way We Were"
Unfortunately the source of this image is unknown, but it is so kool that I had to share it. Look beyond your initial perception and see the baby.

How are you getting the abstract shots with the lights looking like they are moving?
The easiest way is to set the shutter to be open for a second or two (or more) and move the camera around. Experiment with different apertures to to get the right exposure.
For added fun you can post process using the liquify filter in Photoshop.
Yikes ! ! Great shot. That's what I call focused !

I knew I couldn't be the only one.
Hope you will post some, they are certainly out-of-the-box.
This photo just exudes "HAPPY". Excellent PP work ! ;)
I reallly like this shot. The moody clouds and the vanishing point being to the right of center create a pleasant tension that draws me in.
What a fantastic series ! Best BIF's I've ever seen !
If your into abstracts, drink a lot of coffee and don't use a tripod. LOL
photosteve,
Great work. The Hendrix image is fantastic !!

I made these with a simple technique using polar coordinates.
WOW!
Is this an option that's in Photoshop or did you use something else... or?? How did you do this!?
I use CS2 but should work with any PP that uses polar coodinate filter
first crop to make a square image
go to filter/distort/polar coordinates
at bottom of dialog box select "polar to rectangular"
then OK
then go to "image/rotate canvas 180 degrees
apply the filter again this time select "rectangular to polar"
OK
Done
Note:
This doesn't get great results with all images and trial and errror is the name of the game.
I made an action for this which allows me to try various images quickly.
