I'm guessing that first decimal point is a comma. There are lots to choose from in the 1,000 $ category, US and Canadian. For the money one of your best options is a Sony A6300 kit. Personally, I'm waiting for the G1X III to hit the street.

It actually looks a lot cleaner in the McDonald's photograph.
I'm guessing you are putting this in the, for the worse category.
Well, I've never been to the UK but, I'd think that if an old shop or book store went out of business it's better to have a viable, job creating business in the old location than have it sit vacant or be taken over by street vermin.
I personally like old shops and old book stores, I find them quite intriguing, but they have almost all disappeared. I still occasionally come across some interesting places in Philadelphia, but nothing that would have the history like an old shop in London.

Very pretty. I grow Hippeastrum myself and a few Amaryllis.

All of my Nikkor lenses made specifically for crop frame bodies have DX printed on the lens barrel.

The trouble with most of these methods is that they're comparative. How do I know unless I see the two together if one is larger than the other? Or the voice deeper. If I'm in the Midwest, I assume it's a crow. If I'm in the West, I assume it's a raven. If it steals my crackers, I really don't care!

The trouble with any comparison method is the odds of finding the two species of bird together is in itself rare.

I don't believe there is such a thing as a professional level image. There are good images and there are so so images and there are great images. Defining any as professional level is almost irrelevant because the term professional refers to profession and great images may be created by just about anyone.

That's a nice price but I'm saving up for the D850.

It's a tough call, but based on a couple of characteristics, I believe it is a raven. If you could compare it in size to a crow, the raven is larger. Also it's caw it deeper throated. In flight, I have occasionally seen them fly upside down!

It's actually quite easy to tell the difference if you know what to look for. Quick glance, the raven's bill is much larger than the crow and the raven has hair covering about half its bill, the crow has no hair on its bill. Definitely raven.

Welcome to the forum.
Years ago the company I work for, which is based in Pennsylvania, sent me to San Francisco for a long term assignment. On weekends I use to drive up to Sonoma. I really liked it there; lots of beautiful country, and good wine.

Use a mini softbox on your external flash. It will disburse the light better and make it much less harsh.
