You are 100% correct sb except for the "family level" statement because there is no "family", only unknown "baby daddies" and mothers who exist on government assistance. I am not sure how this can be resolved either.
I am green with envy. We have them here and I have heard them scream three times in the dark just before dawn but I have never seen one much less to take magnificent photos such as these.
