Hey, great shots everyone. I'm way behind as my internet has been down for 2 days...it just started working again late last night. :P So now I can join in again....here are a few "K" shots of mine

Nice shots PJM! I have never seen this myself but I would be worried about the humming bird if I were you. Speters is correct about them attacking hummers. Check it out on You Tube. Just type in praying mantis vs humming bird. They have several videos there. I know one in particular that shows the mantis actually eating the hummer.
