With permission of the OP I edited these three photos trying to hone my editing skills. I used PSP 2019 to correct the perspective and Topaz 5 as a plug in along with NIK Defin as a plug in also. After correcting the perspective on the first two I had to crop them and the closest ratio without losing a lot of area was 8 by 10. The third one I was able to re crop to the original 3 by 2. Don't need Photoshop to get good results and these only took a few minutes on each one.

The first is the original 1600 by 1600 pixel. The second one is resized to 800 by 800 and the third is resized by pixels 400 by 400. The last one is cropped to 750 by 750. I also save all of my jpeg outputs to 100 percent quality which helps with better resolution.

I opened a 4000 by 5000 pixel photo in Paint Shop Pro. I then imported the texture as a layer and as you can see it's quite a bit lower in size. In PSP under objects I can choose make same size and then center in canvas and as you can see it resized it to 4000 by 5000 and kept a pretty good resolution. Next I could have desaturated it and used blend modes to give the flower photo texture. I have used this method several times to add texture to my digital art photos. Once I started using PSP I never looked back. That along with Affinity is a complete package for me. Oh, and NIK works as a plug in in PSP.

I couldn't help myself and had to tweak this. Old buildings are a thing with me when they are on the last leg of their lives. I look at them and wonder about the history and what stories they could tell. Hope you don't mind.

Fixed the sky, a little larger resolution. This was a 15 second exposure and the wind was blowing the string of lights around. I asked God if He could hold up on the wind a minute, but you can guess what He said.

Thanks for the suggestions. The photo is cropped height wise not length wise. I was using a 28 mm lens and where I was standing was the only place I could get the entire ship in view. Standing any closer to the fence would have cut off a large part of the ship. Standing further away would have diminished any detail I got. I have it printed out at 10by20 and it shows it's true size better. The small resolution file I put up doesn't. I asked the museum if they could turn off all the lights while I took my photo but you can guess what they said.
