A double click on the active layer brings up a box titled "layer style" and a drop shadow box can be clicked.

To Dirt Farmer and Fstop12,
Okay, gentlemen, I see a major problem. Yes, I could put the drop shadows on a separate layer. In my image there were two people walking hand in hand and I needed to rotate the shadows 180 degrees. However, when that happens the original person on the right was now on the left. So I needed to flip the image vertically from the start. Whenever I went into Image and flipped it vertically the entire image flipped including the original couple even though I was on the layer I created of the shadows.
So close!!!! I will keep playing and if you come up with anything please be in touch.
On the accompanying image the shadows were drawn in and that is not very professional.
Thanks,
Photodoc16

Fstop12,
You might have solved this problem. I have not tried it yet but if it works I will have entered a whole new world of shadow making.
Thank you very much,

Exactamundo, Mr. dirtfarmer,
Yes, I want to invert the drop shadow and not the image, to make it look real.
Thanks,

Mr. and Ms. Hog,
If anyone has used the drop shadow tool in Photoshop 22.5 have you found any way to actually invert the shadow image - flip it vertically? It's too bad if you cannot since a nice shadow is lost if it is upside down.
Thanks,

robertjerl,
Ok. Tell me this. Does a 1.4X TE on a 180mm macro turn it into a 252mm macro so you can stand further away or does it change the level of magnification by a factor of 1.4? And, by the way, is there a market for Macro lens extenders?
Confused,

VietVet,
Same set up and had same questions. When I conducted my own tests including a tripod and the 1.4 TC I found that the focus was sharp. So...It was the operator. I have since been careful to shoot at high speeds (>1/1000) and to make many more short bursts hand held. The results have been much better. This debate continues with just as many users swearing that the images remain sharp even with the TC as those who doubt it.
Good luck,

maxmphoto1,
Nice work. I assume you were shooting against a black background with artificial lighting. And your stacking program was........?
Thanks,

Reminds me of a response I shared with my young daughter when she told me her friend's name was Phoebe. I
said that her parents had ready made names for the next girl they had - Phoe-A. I then halted since the third girl child would be Phoe-C.

Ah, I do remember my HAM radio days in a small town in eastern MA. K1MPF was my handle. I built my own transmitter (a company beginning with an "H" made the kit), bought a receiver and made an antenna to put on the roof. I rotated it by reaching out of an upstairs window. Got a bunch of call letter cards and sent them out to folks I had contacted. HAMS used to do that for each other and then decorate our walls. This was all in high school in the 60's. I also remember going on overnights with other HAMS for DX contests. I was using a string of beer cans soldered together as an antenna and contacted Belgium one morning on my "Belgian Beer Can" contraption. I also was given a CB radio by the local 'Civil Defense' organization and I relayed messages from armed forces personnel overseas to their families in my town. That was a good time. I'd go back.

Frederick,
Thank you so much for the suggestion. However, when I tried it either in my Elements picture folder, in Windows downloads or in recent files there was no option to send to email. Considering that I use Windows 10 and Elements 13 I think the problem is on my end. Any ideas or any screenshot that might help me further?
Thanks,

I think that the maximum might be 2 GB in WeTransfer. It is very helpful but it requires a download which some
folks don't like to do.
Richard
I tried using 'export to web' and entered the 2000 px size but it did not make a difference. I ended up sending the image at 1700 px. How much of a difference could that make if the images are just going to be shown to a group on Zoom and some additional editing will be done to educate the group watching?

Paul,
I use WeTransfer because I am more familiar with it than DropBox. I should educate myself on the latter.

AMfoto1,
Thanks. I keep the layers and use .PSD files so that additional edits will be possible. You lose that ability with flattening. However, saving the layers file and then grouping instead of flattening might be an option. In this case the 'other end' wants to be able to make edits also.
