Thanks for posting, I am in agreement with Uuglypher, looks like a baby blue jay to me. Keep posting. I posted my first picture a couple of days ago after about two years of lurking. Picked the wrong photo number out of the file and the picture of course was one where the focus was soft. Nobody ate me up and I will try again later. Have a great day.
You might go to Aurora's website. I downloaded a free 30 trial there about 2 weeks ago. Maybe they are still offering it. Try it out and see if it is you like it.
Thanks for sharing. I love them all. Your granddaughter is beautiful. I have never seen a basset hound a solid color like that, neat.

Glad you're here! To bad you weren't on a tripod or mono-pod. Have fun and post away!
Thanks for the welcome. The kingfishers just weren't here long enough to set up the tripod. This picture was taken in my backyard. The birds were here about five minutes. I was just excited to see them.
Hi,
My name is Janice and I live in north Texas. I finally decided to take the leap and post a picture. I like photographing birds and flowers. I have seen some great pictures lately of kingfishers and thought you might enjoy this one. I have just started working with Nikon 200 - 500 lens. This shot was hand held and I still need some practice.
I am really enjoying this form. Thanks for sharing you expertise.

Good job. What is that white speck at the base of the beak?
It is a white area of feathers between the end of the beak and the eye of the belted kingfisher. FYI this is a male bird (has nothing to do with the white spot.)

Perhaps try dumping the copy you can see and re-importing to Lr. You can copy the development settings from one of the others in the set and paste to the newly re-imported shot.
Thanks for the suggestion. I will try that and see if it works.
My name is Janice and I have been following this blog for a while now and this is my first post. I hope I am in the correct section.
My question:
I have processed my raw images (Nikon D500) in Lightroom CC (haven't upgraded to LR Classic yet). I then exported the file "with previous" to a separate file on my iMac desktop. All the files transferred except for one. It has an error message that reads "internal math error" I can see the picture in the LR library but not the develop module or the exported file. I tried exporting this single image without results. How do I correct this error?
Thank you for your help.
I had both eyes done this spring and opted for the multi focal lens. I can see near, far and everything in between. Medicare doesn't help with the extra expense, but it was well worth it. Regardless of your choice, you will enjoy the "new" colors of the world.

I was at Sam's yesterday, no camera department.
Upgraded the husband's last week. Spent an hour on the phone with Apple care because the download didn't install correctly. All is well now.
Windows ten sent me an update for my pc. It is now a paper weight.
What a great message. Thanks for sharing.
