I got a Thunderbolt 27" Apple monitor for my Mac Book Pro. It is awesome!
Just north of Yuma is Bard, CA. There is an old museum with 50 Model T's and all kinds of antiques. He charger $7 to get in, but I spent two hours and took over 100 photos. I don't remember the name, but Bard is so small you can't miss it.
Kitt Peak has an observatory complex about 60-miles west of Tucson with more optical telescopes than any other location in the world. The Solar telescope is special (Photo 1 and 2). On the drive back to Tucson, do the Saguaro National Park West (Photo 3) and maybe a stop in Old Towne. Mount Lemmon or Sabino Canyon would be good too.
If you have any interest in Vietnam War era aircraft, the Pima museum is a must. They also have a missile silo that can be visited. The Mission at St Xavier is pretty as well.
Enjoy your trip - I am sure you will.
