We did no 'hard' climbing. Some trail were tougher than others and any my wife didn't want to tackle, we bypassed and still saw enough to satisfy my photo needs.
As you can see in picture 1, the better half is with me and she see's it once and she's done. Puts up with my multiple stops but still wants to move on.
Good memories, my 'first' was my dad's Argus C3.
Hit 6 National Parks over 12 days, bucket list trip.
Teton National Park
Lower Yellowstone Falls
Devils Tower
Mt. Rushmore
Badlands National Park
Royal Gorge
Yes, but since th US is the are the second largest exporter of oil, how about keeping it here and keep prices stable. The reason, money! If we have too much here the price would go down and some poor bunch of billionaires would not make as much.
Another reason I always carry a backup. It may be of lesser 'features', but it will get the job done.
Actually, a 10D with a 24-85mm lens is probably worth twice that much. It's a great body / lens combination. I still shoot that exact setup almost every day for quick grab photos. Old is not worthless when used for what it is intended for or needed for. Not every photo needs 20 to 50 megapixels.
Had the same issue with my daughters 17-85. I did some googling and found that lens has an internal cabling issue. Sent it for repair, but was costly. Next time may replace it with a used one or upgrade to the 15-85.
Beautiful set. I see why you can't stay away.
Nicely done, great capture.
Jim, FYI... the check arrived today and the bank has a cleared date of 11/23.
I did like the way the M3 handled, I was concerned about the reviews also but it handles real nice for landscapes when I traveled. Been looking at the new R but may wait till the next model comes out, don't want to think I'll need new lenses yet. I can use the EF's but my mind will bug me to get R lenses, just my weirdness.
My cell number is (972) 414-2915. I purchased the body from B&H in Sept 2016. It was my travel body and probably has less than 3000 shots taken based upon the files on my hard drive's M3 directory. I'm selling a couple of bodies mainly to par down a bit.
I currently shoot with a 5D Mk3 and a backup 5D. The M3 never got the use I thought I would do with it as the 5D Mk3 is just so good.
I had one lens with the M3, a Tamron 18-200mm in the M mount. Great lens, it sold very fast.
Also have a Canon Rebel T3 with 18-55 IS if you're interested. :)
Sure, this works for me. I work in Carrollton, TX which is only 5 minutes from Grapevine so we should be able to come up with a place easily.
